Landpartie - Outing into the country

The famous show on NDR-television was visiting our Inn ”Zur Brücke” on october 2003 and of course moderator Heike Götz was again a great help in the kitchen. For the show ”Weserbergland” the team filmed our pigs being fed in the straw-pen and how we make our famous ramson-sausages in the family´s slaughter house.
Afterwards moderator Heike Götz and junior-chef Katja Mühlhausen prepared a hefty ”countryside-plate”, which the two, together with Hartwig Mühlhausen, enjoyed later on in the Inn.
